Refunds, cancellations & rescheduling
Terms for professional reporting engagements with Future Nodecore Co., Ltd.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for reporting engagements described in a statement of work. Website browsing is free; no product checkout exists on this site.
Timeframe
Refund requests must be emailed to hello@future-nodecore.click within 14 days of the charge date for prepaid fixed-scope projects that have not started substantive work, or as otherwise stated in your statement of work.
Full and partial refunds
If we have not begun extract setup or analysis, prepaid project fees may be refunded in full minus any non-refundable deposit noted in the agreement. After work has started, a partial refund may apply equal to fees for undelivered stages, less time already spent at the stated rate.
Non-refundable items
- Completed trend packs and delivered briefings
- Deposits marked non-refundable in the statement of work
- Third-party costs pre-approved by you (for example, booked meeting-room hire)
Monthly retainers
Retainer months already delivered are not refundable. Cancel a retainer with 30 days’ written notice; unused prepaid months after the notice period are refundable.
Process and timing
Email hello@future-nodecore.click with your organization name, invoice number, and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule a live briefing once without fee if you give at least three business days’ notice. Late cancellations of briefings may forfeit that cycle’s briefing slot without reducing the pack fee.
No-shows and work already started
If your team misses a scheduled briefing without notice, the briefing is considered delivered for that cycle. Analysis already performed before a mid-project cancellation remains billable.
Exceptions
If we cannot deliver a contracted pack due to our own failure, you may choose a full refund of the affected cycle or a replacement delivery at no extra charge.
